TOMSA reluctant to release records?

Middletown resident and activist Carolyn Schwebel has an active discussion going with the Township of Middletown Sewerage Authority about the Open Public Records Act. However, she is reportedly receiving some resistance from TOMSA where it involves actually getting copies of what she is looking for.
