John Ciufo plans Monmouth County in face of economic downturn

With the pending closure of Fort Monmouth, and many job losses, new addition to the Monmmouth County Board of Freeholders, John Ciufo, will work to develop public and private partnership, so businesses may relocate to Monmouth County and bring additional jobs in the area.
