A New Jersey court has ruled that Gov. Jon Corzine does not have to turn over e-mails between himself and ex-gal pal Carla Katz, a labor leader. According to a story by Star-Ledger reporters Claire Heinings and Josh Margolin, the appeals court ruled the gov. was within his rights to use executive privilege to stop the emails from becoming public.
