Where business is hot; where it's not

Here's a great list for you: CNN-Money ranked each state in the U.S. for being business friendly. There were 51 possible places (they included Washington DC). Well, if it wasn't for Washington DC, New Jersey would be the 51st worst place to operate a small business. As it stands, though, we own the 50 rank.
