I was recently sent an e-mail from someone who noted that the ACLU is trying to make some court case out of Marines taking part in group prayer. Somehow, someone at the ACLU thinks that is a bad thing, I suppose.
Well, that's just nonsense. No one makes a member of the armed services believe in God, but I have seen more than a few atheists get epiphanies. No one makes anyone in the service believe in God, it's just one of those things that happen, in my opinion.
As for the ACLU, I think they do some good work, but just not in this case.
