Upcoming editorial addresses Rt. 36 flooding in Belford

The upcoming edition of The Courier has an editorial about the flooding situation in Belford, on Thompson Avenue, by me. It makes the observation that there may be some issues involving the Monmouth County Parks Department and water accumulations on Route 36 during inclement weather. I think the comments are fair.
