The Matawan Borough Council voted out Borough Attorney Pasquale Menna last night. Menna is the mayor of Red Bank and practices law from a Red Bank office. Oddly enough, Menna, a Democrat, was voted out by the Democratic majority. The two votes that did support him were Republican.
A new Matawan borough attorney will be sought. There is no word yet about who it might be.
