Mrs. Thorpe was right about session with Heck

A few days ago, long-time Lincroft resident Barbara Thorpe called me about a county Tax Board meeting being closed to the public. Reportedly, this closure is because Middletown's tax official, Charles Heck, could potentially face disciplinary measures as a consequence of him not completing the municipality's revaluation, as prescribed.
