Remember that story about the Middletown tickets?

According to a memorandum from the Township of Middletown Municipal Court, signed by court official Vicki Whelan and dated March 28, the 14 motor vehicle summonses written against municipal vehicles for lack of inspection were paid. Further, the venue for the case was initially changed from Middletown to Holmdel, but was then transferred from Holmdel back to Middletown.
