Cell phone driving restriction implemented today

Throughout New Jersey, the law forbidding cell phone use/texting while driving kicks in. It is a $100 primary offense now.

There are good reasons for this law and it will save lives.

On the upside, this law will spark a boom for headset retailers and generate income for various governments through the penalties imposed on drivers.
